C's "little" brother, Nicholas and his team, the Meraloma's, were playing their first game of the season against the UBC'Old Boys at Jericho beach field.

Solid and fast, the Lomas (here in their traditionnal orange/white/black jerseys) got off on a good start, scoring their first try after 5 minutes...
Nicholas (center, up in the air, pushing the ball) had practised quite a bit to be fit for the first game of the season. Still a wee bit heavy... to the taste his team mates in charge of lifting him, at least !
He pulled out a good performance, catching precious balls and defending fiercly...
Early in the second period, UBC'Old Boys caught up 16/19, but 2 victorious tries later the score was sealed 16/31 for the Meraloma's.
(très belle cocotte menée par les Meralomas, poussant ici vers l'en but juste avant qu'un en-avant litigieux soit sifflé. Aux chiottes l'arbitre; oh pardon, c'est du rugby, pas du foot... mes confuses)
